Where we ship
We deliver across Lebanon — Beirut and the suburbs same- or next-day, regional Lebanon within 3–5 working days. International shipping isn't open yet; if you're abroad, message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can arrange case by case.
Delivery times
- Beirut + suburbs: 1–2 working days, often next-day if you order before noon.
- Regional Lebanon: 3–5 working days depending on the courier route.
- You'll get a WhatsApp message with the courier ETA the moment your order ships.
Shipping cost
Exact rates appear in your WhatsApp confirmation before you commit, so you never see a surprise charge at the door.
Packaging
Every order ships in the original manufacturer packaging — same seals, same labels, same batch codes you'd see buying the product in Germany. We add a protective outer carton so bottles arrive without a scratch.
Returns policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, change of preference, or any reason outside the cases below. Please confirm your order carefully on WhatsApp before sending it through.
Damaged shipments, wrong items & defects
If a bottle arrives broken, a seal is compromised, you receive the wrong item, or the product is defective from the manufacturer, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you at our cost — no questions asked.
