Orders

How do I place an order?

Browse the shop, add what you want to your bag, and head to checkout. We'll open WhatsApp with your order pre-filled — just press send and we'll confirm everything personally within a few hours.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes — message us on WhatsApp before we hand the order to the courier, usually within an hour or two of confirmation. After that we'll do our best, but it depends on where the parcel is.

How can I pay?

Wish, OMT, and bank transfer are all welcome — just choose Wish at checkout and we'll send the details on WhatsApp. Cash on delivery is also available anywhere we deliver in Lebanon.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

Yes. Choose Cash on Delivery at checkout and pay the courier directly when your order arrives.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll replace it or refund you — no questions asked. We want every order to arrive in the same condition it left our shelf.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We deliver anywhere in Lebanon — Beirut, the suburbs, and the regions. International shipping isn't open yet; if you're based outside Lebanon, message us on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can arrange case by case.

How long does delivery take in Beirut?

Beirut and the immediate suburbs receive orders in 1–2 working days, typically next-day if you order before noon. We send a WhatsApp message with the courier ETA the moment your order ships.

How long does delivery take outside Beirut?

Regional Lebanon (Tripoli, Saida, Bekaa, Batroun and beyond) takes 3–5 working days depending on the courier route. You'll get tracking on WhatsApp the moment your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Products

Are your products authentic?

Yes. Every product on Ola Beauty is sourced directly from established German brands and retailers — the same items sold on shelves in Germany. We don't sell grey-market imitations, never have, never will.

Where do the products come from?

Directly from Germany. We work with verified sourcing partners and major retailers across Germany — the same supply chain that serves German pharmacies, drugstores, and beauty stores.

How can I tell a product is genuine?

Original packaging, untouched seals, batch codes, and original German-language labeling. If anything on the bottle or box looks off when you receive it, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll resolve it that day.

How long do products last?

Each product carries the original manufacturer's production date and shelf life printed on its packaging. Once opened, follow the "period after opening" icon on the back of the bottle (e.g. 12M means twelve months after first use).

Are products tested on animals?

Many of the brands we stock are cruelty-free; some are not. We list this on the product page when the manufacturer states it. If you're looking for a specific certification (Leaping Bunny, PETA, etc.), message us before you order and we'll point you to the matching products.

How should I store products?

Follow the storage advice on the product itself. As a general rule, a cool, dry shelf out of direct sunlight is best. Avoid leaving products in a hot car or on a steamy bathroom counter.

Can I use these during pregnancy?

Many of our products are pregnancy-safe, but some contain ingredients (certain retinoids, salicylic acid, essential oils) that are best avoided. Send us your product or routine on WhatsApp and we'll cross-check the manufacturer's guidance for you.

Who is Ola Beauty?

Ola Beauty is a Lebanon-based retailer of authentic German skincare, makeup, hair, and body-care products. We bring trusted German brands to Lebanese customers — direct, traceable, never reformulated.

Do you have a physical store?

Not yet — we sell online and deliver across Lebanon. Follow us on Instagram for any pop-up or showroom news.

Do you do wholesale or stockist partnerships?

Yes, selectively. Send us a note on WhatsApp with your business and we'll be in touch within a few days.

Can I order a gift box?

Yes — message us on WhatsApp with the occasion, the count, and any preferences (categories, brands, packaging) and we'll curate a gift box from our existing products with a quote and timeline.
